Lusin® MC1718 is an organic cleaning agent that is especially suitable for removing tenacious resin and other residues from metal surfaces. It offers the thermoplastics industry the latest innovative technology and significant performance improvement. Lusin MC1718 also is effective at dissolving adhesives, glues, oil, wax and grease residues.

Lusin® DG1116 dissolves oil and grease and removes wax residues from molds and produced parts. Conventional plastics and rubbers are resistant to short term exposure to the cleaner which gives adequate time for cleaning and dries without leaving residue. Its special consistency allows it to go everywhere inside the mold and it will disappear after a short period of time, by evaporation.

Lusin® Alro OL 151 is a silicone-free release agent on the basis of synthetic oils and additives. It is suitable for an application temperature (mould temperature) of up to 150°C (302 °F). Besides excellent release properties Lusin® Alro OL 151 also shows excellent slip effects combined with high pressure resistance.
