Lusin® Alro OL 151 – Silicone-Free Release Agent for Thermoplastics

Lusin® Alro OL 151 is a silicone-free release agent formulated with synthetic oils and additives, designed for use in injection molding processes. It is suitable for application temperatures up to 150°C (302°F) and is ideal for thermoplastics such as PP, PE, PS, and PVC.

Applications:

Lusin® Alro OL 151 is primarily recommended for stress-cracking sensitive polymers like PC and PMMA. It is suitable for use at mold temperatures up to 140°C (284°F). For ABS, Lusin® Alro OL 141 is recommended.

Description - Lusin MP® 7020 is a highly efficient anti-corrosion agent that also shows lubricating properties. The delayed generation of the solid protective film enables Lusin® MP7010 to penetrate fine cracks.

Protective Type -  Wax based protective agent in colour film form.

Temprature Range - The protective film is resistant to handling and starts melting at around 50°C (122 °F).

Application - Lusin® MP7020 is mainly used to protect molds and dies dedicated for processing thermoplastic resins against corrosion. Lusin® protective agents have been developed to help thermoplastics processors keep equipment in optimum condition, promoting operational efficiency and extending the useful life of significant production assets.

Mold Chutes are made of durable plastic with a PVC lining in the bottom to protect even the most delicate molding. The unique construction will not absorb oil or grease and is abrasion, puncture, and tear resistant. Each Mold Chute is easily cleaned using simple household cleaners and there are no concertina folds to trap moldings or dirt. Mold Chutes come in 18 standard sizes with in-line or side exit delivery chutes. Straight and Tapered Mold Skirts are available when you need to direct parts down onto a conveyor or into a box. The unique design of the right angle mold chute lets it attach to each mold half. As the mold opens and closes, the mouth of the chute opens and closes providing better protection from contaminants while the mold is closed. Conversely, In-line mold chutes are attached to the press frame and are static. An optional single Mold Shield can be attached to the chute and the movable mold half which will cover the chute opening providing protection from part contamination. All Mold Chutes can be attached to the machine using either magnets or custom support harnesses. Velcro straps allow precise adjustment of the chute to prevent loss of parts from uncontrolled ejection's.

Lusin® Lub PZO 152 is a soft, multi-purpose paste based on mineral oil and a combination of inorganic solid lubricants. This special lubricating and assembly paste is resistant to high pressure and protects against corrosion including fretting corrosion. Lusin® Lub PZO 152 is a multi-purpose product for assembly operations in the entire machine building industry. 

Lusin® Lub PM 1001 is a high-temperature lubricating and assembly paste with a synthetic base oil and a combination of inorganic solid lubricants especially resistant to high temperatures.
Lusin® Lub PM 1001 is thermally conductive and prevents seizure.
